The Koh Laboratory investigates the mechanisms that enable tumour cells to adapt, survive, and resist therapy. By integrating molecular and cellular biology, imaging, multi-omics profiling, and AI-based computational strategies, we seek to elucidate how tumour-intrinsic programmes and tumour–host interactions shape tumour resilience. These insights will reveal actionable tumour-specific vulnerabilities that can be targeted to develop more effective and selective treatment strategies.
